The Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) has partnered with Emaar Hospitality Group through a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at positioning Dubai as a leader in global hospitality trends while delivering exceptional services to guests. This agreement focuses on enhancing marketing initiatives, developing innovative tourism products, and providing essential training and capacity building. Signed at the DET headquarters by Issam Kazim, CEO of the Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DCTCM), and Mark Kirby, Head of Emaar Hospitality Group, this collaboration highlights a commitment to excellence. A significant aspect of the MoU is the emphasis on marketing and promotion. Together, DET and Emaar will craft and execute creative strategies that showcase Dubai’s distinctive attractions and experiences. This partnership aims to elevate Dubai’s status as a must-visit destination, further enhancing its global reputation. Additionally, the collaboration will focus on creating new tourism offerings that cater to the diverse interests of visitors. By merging Dubai’s rich cultural heritage with modern attractions and luxurious hospitality, DET and Emaar will curate packages that reflect the city’s unique and authentic experiences. To support this initiative, the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism will provide training programs designed to enhance the skills and expertise of Emaar Hospitality Group staff.
