Apex Engineering Industries is set to establish a Dhs90 million plant in KEZAD
Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi (KEZAD Group), the premier operator of integrated and purpose-built economic zones, has announced a landmark 50-year land lease agreement with UAE-based Apex Engineering Industries. This partnership will pave the way for a cutting-edge facility in KEZAD Area A — Al Ma’mourah. With an investment of Dhs90 million, Apex Engineering plans to develop a state-of-the-art plant dedicated to producing industrial parts, components, machinery, and equipment for sectors including oil and gas, locomotives, and defense. Covering an impressive area of over 40,000 square meters, the facility will leverage advanced engineering techniques to design and develop innovative systems tailored to these industries. All operations will adhere to stringent environmental protection standards and promote sustainable business practices in line with KEZAD’s commitments. The construction of this plant is poised to significantly enhance manufacturing capabilities across large-scale industries, positioning KEZAD as a leading hub for extensive industrial development. This agreement underscores AD Ports Group’s strategic initiative to attract global manufacturing companies and stimulate economic growth.
